Turmerlicious - Crunchy Granola
Ingredients
300g rolled oats
100g chopped almonds
50g pumpkin seeds
1 tsp agave syrup
2 tbs chia seeds
1 tbs coconut oil
1 tbs cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger Turmerlicious
1/8 tsp cloves
Juice and grated peel from 1/2 small orange
100g flaked coconut
100g cranberries
Method
Add all ingredients except coconut and cranberries to a bowl.
Mix well to combine.
Add granola mixture to a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the oven for 8-9 minutes at 180c.
Let cool completely.
Crumble into smaller pieces and add coconut and cranberries.
Store in an airtight container.
